Everything on Monetario is educational information, not investment advice.
What that means
- Monetario is not a licensed financial adviser or broker, and nothing on the site is a personal recommendation to trade any security.
- The explanations describe how sectors have tended to react to similar economic moves in the past. Markets often do something else, and past patterns don't predict future returns.
- The site doesn't know your finances, goals or tolerance for risk. A portfolio match only means an event relates to a sector you hold — not that anything will happen to your stock.
- Investing involves risk, including losing money.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure comes from a public source — FRED (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis) or the European Central Bank — and links back to it with the time it was last updated. Sources can be delayed or revised later. The short explanations were written in advance, with help from AI, and are the same for every similar event; they never contain numbers and are never written about your portfolio.
Your decisions
Any decision you make is your own. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed financial professional.
